1/22/10 - Tiny and crowded. Open kitchen is neat, but seat next to the stove was uncomfortably warm. Chicken was cooked to perfection, noodles and taste were above-average Thai. Four stars here spicier than elsewhere. Recent health code violations?

I'm curious what you consider 4 or 5 stars on the Ave if Thai Tom is only 3. Hope to hear about some good places I never go to!
